Our post about Mexico President Felipe Calderon hinting at marijuana policy changes for his country in the wake of Amendment 64's passage featured an analyst saying that most Coloradans don't want to give aid and comfort to drug cartels. But one reader hasn't seen much evidence of weed from Mexico in these parts for a long time.

Monkey writes:

Next time I see a bag of Mexican weed, I'm calling immigration. Good thing I haven't seen one for twenty years. Who are these "cartels" selling this brick weed to anyway, Texans? No wonder they hate weed, they have to smoke Mexican, I'd hate weed too if I had to smoke that shit.
