Our post about a ban against grinding at an Arapahoe High School dance generated some vivid commentary.
Much of the talk centered on the AHS principal’s statement in a letter to parents that those who disobeyed this edict might face “possible legal ramifications” — a statement backed up by the Arapahoe County Sheriff’s Office, which suggests that grinding on someone without permission might qualify as unlawful sexual contact.
This reader sparked a lengthy conversation with his reaction to such a prospect.

Yes! Arrest kids for dancing! Send them to college with arrest records! That’s a sure way to ensure our country’s success! Same conservative trash that wants less government, as long as everyone is in line and marching to the same beat, fascist a-holes! Just post the armed guards surrounding the dance floor, that will show those darn youngins!
