The discovery of medical-marijuana patient records behind the former Apothecary of Colorado has members of the MMJ community smoking mad. But poindenver had an interesting take:

I think this is a tactful ploy used as an excuse to call for “emergency legislation that will immediately guarantee the security of the Colorado Medical Marijuana Registry”. Perhaps both the former and current owners of AOC are in on it. Good Work. Somebody needs to take on 1284 and the subsequent Department of Revenue Regulations.
