Despite criticism, the mayor doubled down on his claim this week...but the comments keep coming on the Westword Facebook page of the news. Says Nick:

Halfway is a good start! I think homeless programs were like $57.5 million and migrant assistance $90 million. Only a $200 million deficit. Let's double these programs and solve this issue. I love it that the majority of comments on Westword, the most left-leaning publication, call BS on Mayor Johnston and his administration. Denverites are waking up.
