Moments from now, President Barack Obama is expected to introduce Sonia Sotomayor as his choice for the Supreme Court, replacing retiring jurist David Souter. And while she may be an unknown quantity for most Coloradans, at least one of our state’s prominent residents has dealt with her in the past — and came out of the experience worse for the wear.
