It's about time we heard from Ted Haggard. The former pastor with Colorado Springs' New Life megachurch, Haggard fell from grace, in a manner of speaking, after male escort Mike Jones went public with stories of sex and meth; read Patricia Calhoun's November 2006 column "On Call" for the sinful details. Since his resignation from New Life, Haggard has surfaced a time or two, as evidenced by the June blog "Ted Haggard Finally Admits to Sexual Contact with Mike Jones." But coverage of the presidential race meant major news agencies had less time to titillate the public with stories like his. Now that most of the vote's been tallied, however, Haggard's back in a Good Morning America piece built around two recent sermons in Illinois during which he claimed to have been abused as a child. Miss the piece? Watch it below and marvel at how quickly the networks have switched into post-election mode. -- Michael Roberts
