Another Tuesday, another Twit we'd like to bring to your attention.

Today, the Twitter limelight falls on Tim Davids, a writer and filmmaker from Boulder. When we opened nominations a few weeks back to figure out who we should be featuring, Davids tweeted this: "i wanna be a featured twit. twitter is all about validation and maybe if i were featured, broads would make out with me." He then followed that with a plea to feature him so his mother would stop being disappointed in him -- and as we (A) also like to make out with girls, and (B) suffer under the crushing weight of our mother's disappointment, we couldn't resist the combination.

You can find Davids on Twitter as @2509. Look below to read all about why he's worth following in 140-character bursts.

@DenverWestword: Justify your following: Why should people follow you on Twitter?

@2509: For every follower I get, I donate to the "Tim Davids Self-Confidence Fund." (Also when I make out with a girl). I grew up fat, help me out.

@DenverWestword: What brought you to Twitter?

@2509: I followed a link from Adult Friend Finder. MILFYEXPRESS had a really boring tweetstream, and I thought, "I can do better."

@DenverWestword: What do you tweet about usually?

@2509: It ranges from your standard vague emotweet to hitting on girls over the internet to how awesome I am. Also movie reviews, so I sound smart.

@DenverWestword: What keeps you busy offline (aka in real life)?

@2509: Friendly local guerilla filmmaker. I do music videos, write short stories that literary journals reject, and dance. I dance my ass off.

@DenverWestword: What's the deal with the name? 2509? What's that all about?

@2509: It's the apartment number I lived in back when I thought LimpBizkit was the greatest band ever. Inotherwords, it's the apartment I live in.

@DenverWestword: Finally, open tweeting: A chance to say something funny, clever or just to convince doubters to follow you: GO!

@2509: There are lotsa people on Twitter who are funnier, more interesting, or better looking than me. Follow me instead of them. And read my blog!

@DenverWestword: Awesome. Any last tweets before we let you get back to whatever you do when you aren't being interviewed via Twitter?

@2509: Always be on the lookout for bears. They're merciless killers.

Got a favorite Twit we should feature? Maybe that's you? Follow us at @DenverWestword, tweet to us why they/you should be followed and we'll be in touch.
