Last week’s Off Limits column noted that North Korea’s threats of nuking the United States initially omitted Colorado from its target list. Now, however, a video on Uriminzokkiri, a North Korea government Web site, puts Colorado Springs in the cross-hairs — sort of. As 7News notes, the clip mentions the Springs, but the location is shown as somewhere around east Texas or west Louisiana. Close, but no exploding nuclear cigar.
