Bang Up to the Elephant! is a rare breed, a restaurant designed to take a "house-of-mirrors look at Caribbean food and approach." It definitely has a funhouse atmosphere, welcoming hours, entertaining cocktails and a name that salutes a Victorian saying for "well done!"
