This week Gretchen Kurtz revisited a gem on South Pearl, Gaia Bistro; Mark Antonation's travels on Federal Boulevard reached Tacos y Salsas; and Lori Midson chatted with Gerard Strong, who became executive chef of Central Bistro & Bar late last year.
