This year, Easter Sunday falls on April 5, which means the countdown is on to secure those holiday reservations. Don’t fill up on just chocolate bunnies alone! There are tons of tasty options in the metro area to start your egg-hunting festivities with a full stomach.

The Omni Interlocken hotel’s restaurant will offer an Easter brunch buffet from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., priced at $79 per adult and $45 per child under twelve. “Indulge in Rocky Mountain artisan cheeses, flaky house‑baked croissants, fresh seasonal fruit, a build‑your‑own Benedict bar, and our sizzling skillet omelet station. Elevate your morning with our High-Country Carving Station, showcasing hearty cuts crafted with Colorado flair, and explore a selection of signature entrées created just for this special holiday,” it says. Chez Maggy
1616 Market Street
This modern French bistro at the Thompson hotel will serve a $55 prix fixe brunch menu on both April 4 and 5. “Enjoy a curated menu featuring a choice of expertly crafted entrées, such as a croque madame with melty gruyère and a perfectly fried egg, steak aux poivre with a rich peppercorn sauce, or our new crab cake benedict,” it shares. Guests will also “have access to a beautiful display of seasonal favorites, including deviled eggs, mini quiches, sweets, charcuterie, market salad, assorted croissants, and more.” A la carte children’s options will also be available. Instead of its usual a la carte brunch, Church and Union will be hosting an East brunch buffet on April 5 starting at 9 a.m. Seating costs $75 per adult and $35 per child ages twelve and under. Make reservations via OpenTable.

This upscale eatery at the Le Méridien hotel will host a special Easter brunch buffet. “From classic favorites to seasonal specialties, our spread will offer something for everyone to enjoy,” it says. A price is not listed but reservations are available via OpenTable.

Fire Restaurant & Lounge
1201 Broadway
Fire Restaurant & Lounge at the Art Hotel will host a celebratory brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. “Chef Edward Morris is dishing out seafood selections accompanied with classic brunch foods and a dessert corner, and yes, you can add on bottomless mimosas and sparkling rose for an additional charge,” it explains. The gourmet feast is $75 per person. Reserve seating via OpenTable.

The Inverness Denver
200 Inverness Drive West, Englewood
This annual favorite is back with a lavish brunch buffet spread plus bottomless mimosas, mocktails, coffees, teas and juices. The hotel adds, “The Easter Bunny, face painter, balloon artist and coloring stations will be available from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with egg hunts at 11:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.” The cost is $115 per adult and $49 per child over five years old. St Julien Hotel

Priced at $109 per adult and $49 per child (kids four and under are free), the annual Easter brunch buffet at the St Julien Hotel will feature a carving station, raw bar delicacies and a made-to-order omelet station, plus an indulgent spread of desserts. Between bites, enjoy a bubbly mimosa or make a trip to its Bloody Mary bar. The Easter bunny will make special appearances during the event, which also includes egg hunts for the kiddos. Tamayo

From 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., this Larimer Square mainstay will serve a $42 brunch menu starring jackfruit tinga tacos, chilaquiles, vegetable enchiladas, caramelized plantains and more Mexican-inspired small plates. Unlimited mimosas, margaritas and Bloody Marias are available for an additional $17 per person. Note that Tamayo’s bottomless brunch must be enjoyed by the entire table and there is a two-hour limit per reservation, which can be made via OpenTable.

Toro
