Back in November, acerbic mouthpiece Anthony Bourdain spent a few days in Denver, where he took down Sandra Lee and Rachael Ray (among others) from the stage at the Buell and stomached nearly a half dozen hot dogs from Biker Jim's wiener cart at 16th and Arapahoe, an apparent epiphany that Bourdain wasn't expecting, considering he had been to Denver once before and found, according to him, a culinary wasteland.

But at Biker Jim's frankfurter cart, Bourdain found "enlightenment," and tonight on No Reservations, his weekly globetrotting romp on the Travel Channel, he gives our favorite hot dog hustler some major love during a tribute to the American heartland.

The show airs at 8 p.m., and there's a viewing party downstairs at Marco's Coal-Fired Pizzeria beginning at 7:30 p.m. if you want to join Jim and his groupies in a cheer-fest.
