The challenges facing local news organizations are very real. That's why reader support matters more than ever. If you believe independent journalism matters, make a contribution today and help us reach our summer fundraising goal of $25,000 by August 9.
Bloom Restaurant, at 1 West Flatiron Circle in Broomfield, will shutter this Saturday after dinner service. The new American restaurant — which is owned by Fox Restaurant Concepts, headquartered in Scottsdale — has been something of a culinary oasis in FlatIron Crossing since the mall opened over a decade ago.
Right now, FlatIron’s food options are just Gordon Beirsch, PF Chang’s, Red Robin, Village Tavern, California Pizza Kitchen, Street Legal Pizza and, for the remainder of the week, Bloom.
And at least Bloom is offering customers a friendly farewell: From June 7 through June 9, it’s featuring half-priced bottles and glasses of wine. For more information, call 720-887-2800.
