The Celtic Crossing at 363 Village Square in Castle Rock closed a couple of months ago, leaving that town without an Irish bar.

The Barking Goat to the rescue! The pub just opened in the Celtic Crossing space last Thursday, and although it's not technically an Irish bar, it will be putting out an Irish spread at 11 a.m. tomorrow, and offering bands and specials through the day.

There's no web site yet, but you can reach the Barking Goat (which is no relation to the Fainting Goat in Denver) at 303-663-6644.
