The cosmopolitan concept, the fourth from Francois Safieddine, whose Lotus Concept enterprises also include Suite 200, 24k and Oak Tavern, opens tonight -- and judging from last night's red-carpet crowd, which was nothing short of a people-watching paradise, there will be more than enough flesh to give your eyes candy for a month.
And the Mediterranean-triggered menu, courtesy of executive chef Jose Guerrero, who's done time in kitchens all over Denver -- including Roy's Cherry Creek, Mao, 975, The Jet Hotel, and Pizza Republica -- showcases some good-looking foodstuffs, too.
