The food court already features outposts of an eclectic variety of eateries, including California Pizza Kitchen, Yard House, Burger King, Popeyes and more. Joining the lineup next month will be Qdoba Mexican Grill, Charley's Grilled Subs and Villa Fresh Italian Kitchen.

"Colorado Mills continues to enhance its incredible selection of shopping, dining and entertainment options," says Kimra Perkins, general manager of Colorado Mills, "These new eateries will complement our mix of quick-casual and full-service dining options already enjoying success."

Colorado Mills has also been adding shopping options, including Coach Factory Store, Express, H&M, Lucky Brand, Forever 21 and more. A Michael Kors outlet location will open in the mall this month.
