Crave Real Burgers opened its first location on July 4, 2010. Today the Colorado company will sell its one-millionth burger — or close enough — sometime between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m., when the magic moment will be announced. In the meantime, the three Crave locations will be celebrating this milestone all day, giving customers 50 percent off their meal and a free T-shirt; Crave is also be selling a special "adult" version of its Millionaire Shake.

Crave now has locations in Highlands Ranch and Colorado Springs, as well as the original in Castle Rock. (It is not connected to Crave Dessert Bar & Lounge downtown.) A fourth location will open at 1550 Blake Street in September. Last year it was the big winner at the Denver Burger Battle.
