A Littleton strip mall has claimed another victim: Pot of Pho has closed in the same complex that recently lost an outpost of Big Papa's BBQ.

A note on the door says that Pot of Pho is closed indefinitely -- but also notes that Thoa Tran's recipes will be posted on the website so that diners can still enjoy her pho blend at home.

They're not up yet, though. Instead, the Pot of Pho website offers this missive:

Dear Valued Guests,

We are sorry to say that Pot of Pho has closed indefinitely. We have been trying to increase our sales and because of you, we were able to keep the doors open for the amount of time we were open.

Thoa has been thinking of ways to get back into the environment, and when she does, you'll be the first to hear it.

We will miss you and your cravings for the best Pho in the Denver area.

Thank you,

The Pot of Pho Team

Thoa Tran will soon be working her magic at Orchid Garden, a Chinese/Vietnamese restaurant scheduled to open soon in Black Hawk's Isle of Capri casino; Tran will be running the Vietnamese side of the restaurant. "She's sad that she's closed her restaurant, and excited to keep doing what she loves," owner Tim Teller writes in an e-mail. "The restaurant will be able to reach greater number of people AND the restaurant is equipped with a stage for weddings and parties."
