Thai Wraps @ Tuk Tuk, one of four family-owned operations in metro Denver, has been sold and will change its name to Thai Mango Noodle Bar. The new owner is still a family member, however, and will keep a good part of the fast-casual menu, which focuses on fresh, American-style Thai street food like the enormous panang chicken wrap.

But the new owner is also adding new dishes, like Thai-style noodle soup, and has taken sushi off the menu, according to an employee.

The other Tuk Tuk Thai restaurants are: Tuk Tuk Thai Bistro in Westminster, Tuk Tuk Thai Grill in Lakewood and Tuk Tuk Thai Grill DTC. The company also owns Ghin Asian Blend and Sushi next door to the Lakewood Tuk Tuk.
