Just got off the phone with someone very closely connected to the Lime Truck, the Irvine restaurant on wheels that's barreled into Denver this weekend to strut its stuff during the The Great Food Truck Race -- and we've got a few updates to pass along.

As we already told you, The Lime Truck (as well as Hodge Podge) will be parked outside the Atomic Cowboy tomorrow, but according to my source, the truck is now scheduled to show up around 3 p.m. (not 4:30 p.m.) -- and possibly earlier, if it can work out the details.

At the moment, the truck has yet to definitively hitch its wheels to a local food truck, but if you're a local truck prowling for a partner, give them a shout.

In addition, the truck's Sunday location is still wide open (if you have ideas, post them in the comments below or on the Lime Truck Facebook page), and while the Lime Truck WAS originally confirmed to pull up curbside on Sunday night to Great Divide Brewing Co, those plans just recently fell through, although my source does affirm that the truck is "still trying to get in." In the meantime, Cafe con Leche, the Cuban food truck from Van Nuys, California, will be at Great Divide, along with several local mobile food vendors, including Quiero Arepas.
