One of Denver's hottest new neighborhoods is rising on the footprint of one of its oldest: Over the past few years, Prospect Park has popped up in the old railyards by Coors Field in the Platte Valley. And now there's a neighborhood bar for this area: Whiskey Tango Foxtrot
, which the Tavern Hospitality Group will open today in the same complex at 29th and Huron Street that's already home to Tokio
, a Santiago's outlet and a pizza joint. Like the other Tavern locations, WTF has a great rooftop deck from which you can see all the changes in the area -- but inside it has a different, more intimate look, as well as a smaller, curated menu. And while the bar is fully stocked, there's a big emphasis on whiskey -- more than ninety kinds. Keep reading for a look at this new watering hole, courtesy photographer Danielle Lirette.
