Chef Linda Hampsten Fox announced plans to open the Bindery at 1817 Central Street in LoHi a year and a half ago, back when the home of her future restaurant was little more than a concrete slab. But where a bookbinding warehouse once stood, a stylish new restaurant is ready to serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and hot takeaway meals to the neighborhood. The Bindery opens tonight, Friday, October 27, at 5 p.m. and will serve brunch and dinner this weekend. The full breakfast and bakery side of the restaurant will launch in the coming days. Here's a look inside, along with a few tantalizing menu shots.
