Pairsine Mixology and Culinary Competition
The annual Pairsine Mixology and Culinary Competition, a new event at the decade-old Pairsine Taste of Elegance, left attendees shaken, not stirred at Omni Interlocken Resort on January 27. Ten mixologists were paired with ten chefs, and the results were very, very tasty.  People's Choice awards went to Beatrice & Woodsley for cocktail, Mercantile Dining & Provision for pairing.
