Spanish steakhouse Corrida fired up the grills for its first customers at the end of March, so we stopped in to take in the views from its fourth-floor perch on the west end of Boulder's Pearl Street Mall, peruse the sleek new dining room (with loopy neon lighting inspired by Pablo Picasso), and savor the aromas of dry-aged steaks.
