Inside Rosetta Hall: Boulder's First Food Hall
Rosetta Hall, Boulder's first food hall, opened in October at 1109 Walnut Street in the heart of downtown, combining eight food vendors, a Boxcar Coffee counter and a cocktail bar into an international food and drink market. One of our favorite food trucks, the Ginger Pig, now has its first permanent home, while chef Justin Brunson debuted his first Boulder operation with Folsom Foods. Newcomers Jacaranda (West African), Petite Fleur (pastries), Confit (French), La Tigella (Italian), Tierra (Mexican) and Eridu (ancient grains) add to the mix.
