The Best Things We Ate in 2019

Xiaolongbao (soup dumplings) at Uncle Zoe's Chinese Kitchen in Aurora.
We sat in a tiny Korean cafe on the second floor of a business office sipping soup from a hot stone bowl; we noshed on an entire halibut tail at a fancy hotel restaurant downtown; we covered a globe's worth of Turkish, Indian, Thai, Sichuan, Mexican, Japanese and Burmese cuisine to ferret out the best. We even hit a few Denver classics along the way. Here are the sixty best dishes we ate in metro Denver from January to December 2019.
