YesPleaseMore is way more than a temporary retail space. And it’s even more than a cheerleader for the local artists and businesses who sell their wares in the Denver Pavilions pop-up shop (heads up, btw: This incarnation of YesPleaseMore closes forever on September 15, although, as the “pop-up” moniker implies, it will rise again in a new location). Samuel Schimek and Brian Corrigan of YesPleaseMore are also putting the money where the mouths are, and giving out grants.

With support from the Pavilions, Create Denver and the Denver Theatre District, YesPleaseMore will award $500 mini starter grants to the three creative entrepreneurs garnering the most thumbs-ups in an online public vote. There are fifteen entries, and the voting process is the easiest thing on earth. Help give a business a step up: Vote here now.
