Twenty years ago, master sommelier Bobby Stuckey and chef Lachlan Mackinnon-Patterson created a restaurant that elevated the dining scene not only in Boulder, but across the state. Frasca is a truly special place that’s earned many accolades over the years, including its first Michelin star in 2023.
