Strange Craft Beer Company

Strange Craft Beer Company opened in 2010 as the first beer-only taproom in Denver; it both pioneered and has withstood the taproom explosion that's taken over the city since then. But the times, they are a-changin', and so in December 2017, owner Tim Myers renovated the taproom and opened the doors to allow buddy Scott Witsoe's brewery, Wit's End, to operate out of the same space. Strange will continue to brew its own beers, including the excellent cherry-pie-in-a-glass blond ale Cherry Kriek and Dr. Strangelove barleywine. The partnership is an elegant solution to the pressures that small breweries face among increasing competition, and one that we hope will ensure another decade -- at least — of success.
