Serious drinks and playful eats are always served at the Lobby, a neighborhood cafe in a century-old hotel a ball's throw from Coors Field. Owners Christian and Meg Batizy drafted Jensen Cummings and executive chef Brandon Muncy to put together a menu of tongue-in-cheek comfort food like the Car Bomb French Toast or an order of tater tots loaded with chicken, gravy and crumbled biscuits. And their collection of local spirits and craft beers makes the Lobby a destination for pre-game and post-game revelry — or regret.
