American Bonded has been a long time in the making, but the whiskey-themed cocktail bar from Sean Kenyon (of Williams & Graham) and Lisa Vedovelli and Justin Anthony (of the Matchbox) will finally open this week. Think American classic cocktails made affordable by veteran Denver barkeep Kevin Burke and Southern fare provided by J Street Kitchen. The shaking and stirring kicks off on Thursday, April 5, but here's a sneak preview to wet your whistle until you can grab a seat at the bar. Read more about American Bonded in our full preview.
