It’s that time again. South By Southwest is a mere two weeks away, and truckloads of locals are preparing to make their way down to the Lonestar state to showcase their wares. While all the individual acts will be playing various shows (which we’ll have a full rundown of in the coming weeks), there’s one place where can catch a great number of Colorado’s finest at once. On Friday, March 16 and Saturdy, March 17, Illegal Pete’s and the Greater Than Collective are hosting the second annual Starving Artist Showcase at Peckerheads (402 East 6th Street, Austin), hosted by Magic Cyclops. Free beer, great music and food await you.
