It’s pretty amazing that a restaurant that’s only been around for two years can seem like it’s been there forever. But maybe that’s just a hang over from all the hangovers I acquired drinking tequila in the former tenant of this space, back before lower Highland was known as LoHi. When I stopped by this time, I didn’t horse around: I went for a Pink Pony, made with Grey Goose Cherry Noir and ginger beer.
