Each week, the folks at Cured, Boulder’s only specialty cheese shop, host a seminar and tasting focused on the artisan products they sell. Tonight’s class will be all about the history and classifications of cheese; complete with tastings from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Admission is $35 per person (which includes a 10 percent discount on any purchase) and reservations are required.
