When the Georg family closed Chinook, their longtime restaurant at 265 Detroit Street, in the summer of 2008, they promised to relocate within a few months to the new Landmark project.

But now, more than eighteen months later, it looks like Chinook will never open in Greenwood Village. The space is completely empty except for the above sign posted on the door, and any hope of Chinook opening there is gone with the wind.
