Food lovers, take note: Denver Restaurant Week begins today, which means that 175 metro-area restaurants are offering multi-course dinners for the very affordable Mile-High price of $52.80 per couple ($26.40 if you choose to eat alone). That amount doesn’t include tax or tip, but you’d be hard-pressed to find a better dining deal, because featured entrees include such delicacies as buffalo filet, chateaubriand, veal scaloppini, rack of lamb, pan-seared Colorado trout, lobster tails, oysters, crab and seared crispy sea bass, for starters. The list goes on — and on. Twenty-four of the eateries will include wine or beer pairings in the fixed price.

More than sixty new restaurants are on board for the fourth annual DRW, and there’s truly something for everyone,
with Italian, Mexican, Latin fusion, Asian fusion, Indian, French, Mediterranean and seafood restaurants all participating
