The Smiling Moose moved its corporate offices to Boulder last year; tomorrow that town finally gets its own Smiling Moose Deli, in the Twenty Ninth Street development. (Update: The opening was originally slated for Thursday, then today, and was just pushed back to tomorrow.)
“Smiling Moose Deli is a perfect fit for Boulder,” says store owner David Boschert. “Not only are we locally owned, but our made-to-order breakfast, lunch and dinner menu is exactly the kind of healthy choice people in this area crave and demand.”
The chain, which got its start in the Vail Valley in 2003, now has close to twenty locations, with more on the way; all are modeled on the flagship Smiling Moose in LoDo, at 1517 Wazee Street.
