When an overwhelming response to last years Victorias Secret online fashion show caused the companys Web site to crash, one thing was confirmed: Short hemlines attract. Its something the fashion-savvy folks at the A Bar learned with last years White Party — an event theyre bringing back for a second pret-a-porter show on Saturday, May 27. The LoDo hot spot is inviting Ascent Modeling and Salon Armand to bring out the Tyra Banks in us all; from 9 p.m. to 1:30 a.m., agency models and selected audience members will strut down the catwalk wearing all-white attire and white hairpieces. Live DJs and surprise theatrical acts will round out the night, Milan style. Who says you cant wear white before Memorial Day?
