Our Take: Sarah Marcogliese rendered us absolutely spellbound with her enchanting vocals as a part of Drop the Fear. Since the band split and we first received word that she would embark upon a solo career, we’ve been eagerly awaiting the release of her debut.

Last we heard, she’d begun work on the record and had stopped playing out for the most part in order to focus on writing. That was in February of last year. She’s since become a face on a milk carton, and we’ve only had the handful of demos on her Myspace page to satiate us. Here’s to hoping she’s doing alright and still working. Listening to the rough sketches, you can bet the album will be worth waiting for.
