Talking about the 15th annual Westword Music Showcase here, an event that already includes more than fifty of Denver’s best and brightest and a main stage offering that features Built to Spill, Meese, the Fluid, A Place to Bury Strangers and now, the just-announced — literally, you’re hearing it here first — addition of Cursive. We’re no mathletes, but at $9.33 a ticket, that works out to, what, like, some fraction of a cent for each band or something, making this year’s Showcase not only the hottest ticket of the year, but also the best value!
