The screening includes food from local restaurants as well as wine pairings selected by Jay Fletcher, master sommelier and executive director of fine wine for Southern Wine & Spirits of Colorado. Additional master sommeliers — including Damon Ornowski of Vin Divino and Sabato Sagaria of the Little Nell (and one of the sommeliers featured in the film) — will be on hand for a Q&A that follows the 7 p.m. screening. For tickets, $50, go to the Sie website.
