There are a lot of crimes of fashion Cat would like to see banned — formal shorts, leggings, muffin tops — but she can’t cosign actually making the punishment for bad style on par with real crimes. And what, exactly, is “too low?” Are women at risk if they wear jeans with a 1/2-inch rise? Lord knows the resulting exposed thong and pubic bone are a bigger affront to humanity than guys waddling down the street with their boxers exposed.
