Located at 1617 California Street, this shop features the chain’s signature homemade bread and Colorado brews on tap, as well as some Colorado-friendly touches in the space itself: beetle-kill pine, reclaimed corrugated siding, in-house recycling.

This won’t be the only Planet Sub in Colorado; the chain plans to open seven stores here in the next eight years.
