After lamenting the lack of good service at many Denver restaurants, Laura Shunk served up five examples of restaurants that do service right, everything from Frasca Food and Wine to Frijoles Colorado Cuban Cafe.
Readers were quick to add a few favorites, including the most royal restaurant of them all.

Well, in my experience no one (Frasca included) does it any better than the Palace Arms. I think Frasca’s service is lovely for fine dining in Boulder but if you want to learn where to use which fork – you need to be at the Brown. I’m not always happy with the food/cost paradigm at the Brown but the front of the house is always impeccable.
