If you thought the lines during the mid-day lunch crush were bad at Biker Jim’s cart, you should see the lines at this joint. And, frankly, I just don’t get it. Waiting a good thirty minutes for an elk-jalapeno-cheddar dog smothered with pedestrian chili and nacho cheese seems like a huge waste of time, but for the two dozen people ahead of me, it was as though they’d struck gold.
