The cafe — Denver’s first — boasts 345 locations nationwide and is owned by Michelle and Kriss Shriver, who also have three stores in Nevada, including Las Vegas. “The smoothies are made from superior, simple ingredients, including real fruit and natural sugar,” says Michelle, noting that the menu also features toasted wraps, sandwiches and flatbreads, gourmet salads and an all-day breakfast board. “The décor is friendly, and the hospitality is like tropical weather — warm and friendly,” she adds.
If you want to be in the running to win free smoothies for a year — that’s one free smoothie a week for 52 weeks — you need to text the word “Freesmoothies” to 50101. The winner will be announced during Monday’s grand opening.
