Cafe Max opened yesterday in a former hair salon at 2412 East Colfax Avenue. In addition to locally roasted coffee from Novo, owners Maxwell Hopewell-Arizmendi and Yukihiko Koyama are offering a curated selection of craft beer, wines and sake.
Westword‘s Danielle Lirette brought back these pictures of the renovated space.
