After overcomng some zoning challenges, Slice Works, the pizza joint that occupies a brand-new building at 700 East Colfax Avenue, in the former Argonaut parking lot, officially opened on Sunday, January 8.
It’s just the latest improvement along this stretch of Colfax.
To celebrate, Slice Works GM Lou Scileppi will host Happy on the Hill, the regular private Colfax networking event, at the new eatery from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, January 11, with complimentary pizza and appetizers — and half-price drinks at the full bar.
