The Boulder outpost of Hapa Sushi, 1220 Pennsylvania Avenue, will exist under new ownership beginning at 1 p.m. today, but will continue to operate as Hapa until Monday, when it will reopen as Sushi Hana Inc.
“We kind of grew out of the place,” says one employee. “We needed to focus on our new location in LoDo.” That location at 1514 Blake Street, formerly India House, was sold to the owners of Hapa Sushi last month and is set to open in August.
