It turns out the new tenant of the LoDo plot, located at 1527 Wazee Street, is Gatsby’s, a lounge from Rob Mersis, the former managing director of Posh Boutique Nightclub and marketing manager of Crazy Horse III, a strip club, both in Las Vegas and current owner of Status Nightlife, a nightlife consulting firm.

According to Gatsby’s Facebook page, the theme of the new lounge is “Downtown chic meets back alley speakeasy,” where wine, martinis and craft cocktails will be the draw. And, it claims, it’ll be a “great place to see and be seen.” Look for a November 2 opening.
